Welcome to Candy Chemistry, the home of truly innovative confectionery and snacks.

 

Here at Candy Chemistry we produce various innovative confectionery products which include Natural Candy Floss Sugars and Natural Candy Floss, Chocolate Coated Gourmet Popcorn and various Chilli Products – some of our Chilli items are Extreme Challenge products (and certainly not for the kids)! All of our products use our very own Natural flavours and FLAVOUR BURST technology.

Our Chocolate Coated Gourmet Popcorn is covered in a crunchy Butter Toffee, we then infuse a rich Belgian chocolate with our own encapsulated Natural flavours and hand coat, resulting in great tasting Gourmet Popcorn. Our crazy Devil’s Dozen Chilli Challenge is also part of this range!

Superb Flavour Created by Our Own Flavour Burst Technology… 

All our candy floss sugars contain our very own Flavour Burst technology, which locks in all of the flavour. It works by protecting delicate flavours during the high temperature candy floss process, during which the sugar is heated to 190 degrees centigrade. Other candy floss sugars on the market lose a huge amount of this flavour as it will simply evaporate, resulting in a pretty bland poor tasting candy floss. Using our Flavour Burst technology means that all of the flavour remains in the candy floss and is ready to burst onto your taste buds! 

 

Naturally Derived Colours… 

In addition to our fabulous Flavour Burst technology, we have only used natural food concentrates to colour our flavoured sugar blends. This has been a challenge because natural concentrates do not look as vibrant in the finished floss. You may find the colours of our sugars are not as vibrant as some products, but we think it is important not to use synthetic colourings and E numbers in our products, and we think the final colour of the floss is a small compromise worth making.  

 

No E Numbers…
