Why is your Candy Floss flavoured sugar any different to other similar products on the market? We use our own Flavour Burst technology which overcomes processing issues, where a lot of flavour evaporates or burns off due to the heat of the candy floss machine. Our flavour is protected through this process.

Where do you make your products? All of our products are manufactured and packaged in food approved premises.

Are your products natural? Yes, everything we manufacture is 100% natural, including all of our colourings.

What about allergens in your product? We strictly comply with Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on the provision of food information to consumers, and none of our products are formulated with any of the 14 named food allergens. We only use top quality ingredients supplied by trusted and approved suppliers. In addition, we carry out rigorous documented risk assessments to ensure there is no cross-contamination in our manufacturing process.

Why are you sugars not as bright in colour as others on the market? We do not use any artificial colours, which is currently the only way possible to achieve more vibrant colours.

Why is the colour of the candy floss not as bright/colourful as other flosses? Due to using Natural colours they just aren’t as stable as artificial colours going through a candy floss machine. We do think this is a fair compromise to have a fully natural product with no E numbers.

Are your Candy Floss sugars Vegan friendly? Yes they are.

What is the shelf life of your flavoured sugar? Unopened, our flavours will last for 2 years. Once opened we would advise resealing them and storing them in a cool, dry place and using them within 3 months.

How long is delivery? Standard delivery is aimed at 2-3 working days, First Class 1-2 working days and Next Working Day 1pm (not including Saturday), if ordered before 1:30pm on Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders over 2KG will be sent with a courier, and aimed for 1-2 days delivery.

How much is delivery? All options are shown on the checkout page. Tracked 48 is £4.05, Tracked 24 is £5.15 and Next Working Day 1pm is £9.85. Any orders over £25 will be sent free delivery, just click the option at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major UK Debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
