Shipping

We currently ship throughout the UK. All items are sent with Royal Mail and sent Tracked 48 which is aimed for 2-3 working days delivery.

There are options for a faster postage at the checkout, which will include Tracked 24 and also a Next Working Day 1pm option. All orders placed by 1:30pm will be dispatched the same day.

Returns Policy

Here at Candy Chemistry we have a returns policy that will give you 100% confidence in purchasing any products from us.

We have a 14 day return policy, which is from the date the item was delivered to the customer.

Please include your name and order number, and your reason for the return if you contact us via email.

Terms and Conditions of returns:

Returned products must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.

It is the customers responsibility to get the item(s) back to us, so we would advise you to use a trackable delivery service.

A refund will be processed within 1 working day of the item being delivered to us, once the item has been inspected.
