After launching our Devils Dozen Challenge popcorn we thought we needed to produce something on a lower scale when it comes to fire and heat for the more sane people out there!
This is our MILD Chilli version of our Gourmet Popcorn. Using our own Flavour Burst technology we have infused our microencapsulated Jalapeno Extract into a rich Belgian chocolate, and hand coated this popcorn over a Butter Toffee coated popcorn to give it a nice crunch when you bite into it. This is fairly mild in flavour but we do also have a HOT version which has been made the exact same way, but with a microencapsulated Chilli Extract which is fair bit hotter than this (around 12x hotter), if you do require more heat….
Ingredients: Butter Toffee Coated Popped Corn 75% (Toffee 83% [Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Butter (Milk), Salt, Caramelised Sugar Syrup], Popped Corn Kernels, Rapeseed Oil, Soya Lecithin), Belgian Milk Chocolate 24% (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring). Natural Chilli Flavouring.
Milk Chocolate: cocoa solids 33% minimum, milk solids 20% minimum
